Why first-year students want to enroll in CSP

CSP is an alternative to standard first year science, suitable for students who have broad scientific interests and want to explore the sciences in a community of like-minded students. In addition to science lecture courses limited to CSP students, CSP includes a workshop course with 28 students per section. This course enables CSP students to work in small groups that facilitate development of friendships and supportive academic learning groups.

Changes to the CSP Program!

Timetables have been revised to move Biology 121 to noon rather than 8:00 am. Also, students who lack Chemistry 12 or Physics 12 can enroll in CSP.  For details about the changes, visit the Prospective Student page.  The website should allow you to find all the information you need quickly and easily.  It is also mobile-friendly. If you have a question we haven't answered, email to let us know!
